All Inclusive includes

Meals: Full board. 1 reservation in each à la carte restaurant per week. Snacks available from midday-5pm.

Drinks: All local drinks available from 10am-midnight. From midnight-2am soft drinks and beer available.

Energise: Daily sports programme. Gym and sauna. Tennis and cycling (1 hour per person per day). Watersports (1 hour per day) including windsurfing, snorkelling, sailing and kayaks. Scuba clinic in pool once per stay.

Entertainment: Nightly music and live entertainment.

We arrived at the Gran Ventana to be greeted by very smiley staff and actually, throughout our stay we could not fault the staff for efficiency and helpfulness and they were always very polite.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and we had one king size bed although some rooms have two double beds. There is air-conditioning in the rooms.

There are 3 A la carte restuarants as well as the main restaurant and you have to make a reservation in advance at the A la carte restaurants, but it is well worth the trouble as the food is excellent. Food is served virtually all day so you will never go hungry and the food is very varied although after two weeks it becomes a bit repetitive but that is to be expected.

The swimming pool area is very good and there is even a swim up bar. As the Gran Ventana is All Inclusive it is great to be able to swim up to the bar in a shady spot and grab a drink and just watch the world go by for a while.

The hotel and beach were very clean and I can't really fault the hotel and it turned out to be one of the best holidays we have ever had. I can highly recommend this hotel.
