Galley Bay is a fabulously exceptional holiday hideaway for the diserning traveller. The resort has a beautiful beachfront setting with luxurious typically Caribbean accommodation. Galley Bay is excellent for honeymooners and also has a high percentage of repeat guests. No children are allowed under 16 apart from at Christmas so Galley Bay is a place for relaxation in a truly luxurious hotel.

All the rooms are luxurious but it is still worth a room upgrade as they have more space and private splash pools and a beachfront setting !

Galley Bay is set amongst 40 acres of tropical gardens and the beach is stunning.

Hotel bedrooms

There are 98 fully air-conditioned rooms and suites with a terrace or balcony, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a ceiling fan.

The Gauguin cottages reflect the artist’s lifestyle in Tahiti, and they offer privacy and luxury. The cottages are especially popular with newlyweds. In the bedroom, cool, whitewashed walls, woven bamboo ceilings, louvered windows and terra-cotta tile create a rustic, Tahitian ambiance, with bold splashes of bright colour that echo Gauguin’s absorbing natural palette, and the cool provided by individually controlled air conditioning units.

Across the breezeway is a bath equipped with a shower and dressing area, with louvered windows providing fresh breezes and the refreshing sensation of a beach shower to complete the feeling of being immersed in nature. You can brew your morning coffee in your room, then step outside and relax on your concealed patio, with its adjoining private plunge pool--the perfect spot for a romantic dip.
